So. It's Saturday, Monday is Halloween, and guess who doesn't have a costume yet? It's mainly because I wasn't going to do anything but pass out candy and watch Goosebumps from the early 90s, but in light of recent events, I've had a change of heart. My high schools is having a big costume contest and I want to participate, my only problem is that I don't know what to wear. I'm too poor to buy anything... And we aren't aloud to wear masks. Hopefully Google can help solve my problem. I'm considering being Kimber Benton, I'm just not sure.

So. What are you going to be for Halloween? Zombie? Princess? Rocker? Leave a comment telling me what(:

TODAY I'M LISTENING TO: Foster the People- Pumped Up Kicks

So. Not even gonna lie. Halloween is by far my favorite holiday. I simply love it because of what it's associated with. I love horror. I love the feeling you get when you can successfully hide behind a mini-van in a Michael Myers outfit and prey on innocent sleeping victims. I love seeing all the kids dress up and how much fun they have when they go door to door.I love decorating; putting up witches, hanging ghosts in trees, and carving pumpkins. That's when I'm truly happiest. Speaking of carving pumpkins... I just finished mine tonight! It looks awesome, I'm stoked(:  I'll put up a picture on Facebook, probably Twitter too. I have to say though, one thing that seriously bums me out about Halloween is when adults get on their high horse and like to claim that teenagers shouldn't get candy. In fact. while looking for pumpkin stencils online earlier, I ran across this guy, really famous for his pumpkins, who had created a video on how to get back at the people in a "trend around his neighborhood where people 15-20 like to think they can get free candy." It honestly just ruined my mood at the moment. I believe that no matter if you're 5, 10, 15, or 40, if you take the time to dress up and create a costume for yourself, you should get candy. We put the effort into it just as much as little kids do, if not more. I find it completely unfair. But. That's enough ranting for now. I have to get up in 4 hours. PEACE!

TODAY I'M LISTENING TO: Blood on the Dance Floor- PLUR

Yep. This girl. I haven't gotten around to getting any more blogs up... Lol. Can't help it. HOWEVER, something to lighten the mood, it's Red Ribbon Week, so i'm super stoked. Pajama day, Hat day, Sweats day... It's the best. Next to Spirit Week, of course. I live for these days at school, they're great shots for yearbook, too. Lol. Well, this was pretty pointless. I'm gonna go finish watching Coraline. PEACE bishes.

TODAY I'M LISTENING TO: For the Fairest- Papa Smoke

I was fully hoping for an amazing Sunday, for an epic end to my great weekend. But did I get it? No. Today has been terrible. Granted, it's only 2:29 but I highly doubt it will get any better. I think the worst part of today was that I finally saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. I was stoked to see it, I was. But then...Dobbie died. It rocked my world. I cried, like a baby, the entire 10 minutes the credits ran. It was terrible. I honestly think I would have felt better if it had been Harry or Ron to die--but we all know they won't, especially Ron. He's a ginger, we're invincible--but no, it had to be the amazing, courageous little house elf who came to save "Harry Potter and his friends."
To make matters worse, when I took the trash out this morning, I found the mouse that my father said he released, dead in my trash can. I teared up a bit at that. I can't take all this death!
So tell me, what movie makes you cry? Or book? Or maybe it's the slaughter of poor creatures that didn't do anything but steal your cheese puffs. Just leave a comment telling me why(:

So it's Saturday. And I think I, above everyone else, am happiest about it. My week has been horribly stressful. I missed two days of school for a college visit trip with my talent search crew, but let's be honest. NO ONE actually cares about missing school! However, getting back and realizing I need to skip a few classes to finish up a still life kinda hit me. I think Mr. Taylor hates me, apart from yesterday, I haven't been to my Psychology class since like, Tuesday of last week... But he'll live, all we do is watch movies anyways. But apart from that, I was supposed to take the ACT today--I got a 24 so I wasn't in too big of a need--and couldn't. No way there. I've been stressed about it all week and I ended up not even going. So today is my chill day. I'm spending my time watching scary movies, laying on my couch, and eating food. Now, THAT'S a #winning day. So tell me, how do you plan on spending your Saturday? Are you gonna lounge like me? Or did you go take that ACT? Leave a comment and let me know(:
Also, since all I do is listen to music, i'm going to tell you what/who i'm listening to at the time I write this and link it to a video or a Facebook page or something.

TODAY I'M LISTENING TO: The Narrative- Waiting Room
<3

Okay so just recently my friend Astone and his buddy John created the Facebook page Relentless News. I'm super stoked about this because I know Astone knows his music. So far, they've posted everything from Jonny Craig drug charges to a flashback of The Used's "All That I've Got." I expect great things from these dudes!
